摘要

当今港口的发展面临着世界经济的不稳定以及航运业合并潮带来的新挑战.宁波舟山港毗邻长三角,同长三角各港口在竞争与合作中不断发展.当下浙江政府出台了有力政策,助力宁波舟山港成为国内一大重要港口,但从长远来看,宁波舟山港依然存在较大发展空间.文中通过构建港口评价的指标体系,将模糊层次分析法与模糊Borda法相结合,对各指标进行权重的计算并排序,探究宁波舟山港发展进程中的重中之重,并基于计算结果对宁波舟山港的未来发展提出相应建议.

Abstract

Today's port development is facing the instability of the world economy and new challenges brought by the merger of the shipping industry.Ningbo Zhoushan Port is adjacent to the Yangtze River Delta and continues to develop in competition and cooperation with ports in the Yangtze River Delta.At present,the Zhejiang government has issued a strong policy to help Ningbo Zhoushan Port become an important port in China,but in the long run,Ningbo Zhoushan Port still has a large space for development.By building an index system for port evaluation,this paper combines the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process with the fuzzy Borda method,to calculate and sort the weight of each indicator,explores the top priority in the development process of Ningbo Zhoushan Port,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for the future development of Ningbo Zhoushan Port based on the calculation results.
