Research on the Training Mode of Innovative and Application-oriented Talents in Logistics Management
In a modern society,the economy is growing at a very fast rate,and talent plays a very important role in it.Especially in today's era of developed networks,more opportunities have been created for the development of the logistics industry,the demand for logistics management professionals is getting bigger and bigger,and the requirements are getting higher and higher.To this end,the school needs to highlight the characteristics of the times in the training of logistics management professionals,keep up with the pace of social development,and constantly adjust the talent training model,so as to provide more high-quality,innovative and application-oriented talents for the society.On the basis of the analysis of the role of the training of innovative and application-oriented talents in logistics management,this paper focuses on the current situation of the training of innovative and application-oriented talents in logistics management,clearly points out specific problems,and puts forward effective suggestions from five levels of talent training programs,teaching materials,teachers,methods,and collaborative education.
