摘要

随着信息时代数字技术的不断革新,数字经济迅速发展,商业模式不断变革,各行业与数字经济融合趋势持续更新.基于此,社会与企业对高校物流管理专业的数字化转型升级提出了新的要求.文中分析数字经济背景下传统物流人才培育模式的不足及改革方向,提出构建"以课程资源为基础,进行教学模式转型升级;以学生为中心,全面促进个人发展;以专业竞赛为方法,激发师生'教''学'活力"的新型物流人才培育模式来解决人才需求与供给不匹配的问题.

Abstract

With the uninterrupted innovation of digital technology in the information age,the digital economy is rapidly developing,business models are constantly changing,and the trend of integration between all the trades and the digital economy continues to update.Based on this point,the society and enterprises place new demands on the digital transformation and upgrading of logistics management majors in universities.The paper analyzes the shortcomings and reform direction of the traditional logistics talent cultivation pattern under the background of digital economy,and puts forward constructing the new logistics talent cultivation mode of"based on curriculum resources,transforming and upgrading the teaching mode;centering on students,comprehensively promoting personal development;taking professional competition as the method,simulating teachers and students''teaching'and'learning'vitality"to address the issue of mismatch between the demand and supply of talents.
