摘要
装配式建筑是一种在工厂内预先制造建筑部件,然后运输到施工现场进行组装的建筑模式.为了保证装配式建筑的制造和组装过程顺利进行,需要大量的物流支持.有效的物流管理可以降低运输成本、提高运输效率,从而降低整个项目的成本.此外,预制构件需要在规定的时间内准确送达施工现场,并且需要采取措施防止在运输过程中发生损坏.合理的物流安排可以保证施工进度的顺利进行,避免因物流延误或构件损坏导致的工期延误和质量问题.目前,尽管装配式建筑供应链管理研究在中国得到了快速发展,但还没有一套被行业认可的装配式建筑预制构件运输物流体系.
Abstract
Assembled building is a building model wherein building components are prefabricated in factories and then transported to the construction site for assembly.To ensure smooth manufacturing and assembly processes,substantial logistics support is required.Effective logistics management can reduce transportation costs and improve efficiency,thereby lowering the overall project cost.Additionally,prefabricated components need to be delivered to the construction site accurately within the specified time frame,and measures must be taken to prevent damage during transportation.A well-planned logistics arrangement can guarantee the smooth progress of construction,avoiding delays in schedule and quality issues caused by logistical delays or component damage.Currently,in China,although research on supply chain management for assembled building has developed rapidly,there is still no industry-recognized system for the transportation and logistics of prefabricated building components in assembled building.
