Production Equipment Layout Optimization Analysis of Flexible Supply Chain Based on FlexSim Simulation
Production equipment layout is an important part of the flexible supply chain,which affects the production process and logistics efficiency of the products,and thus relates to the overall performance of the supply chain.This paper takes the flexible supply chain of a smart manufacturing base of a university as an example,and uses FlexSim software to simulate and optimize its production equipment layout.By comparing the performance of three schemes of single-row layout,double-row layout and circular layout on the indicators of supply chain efficiency and equipment utilization,it is concluded that the double-row layout with two walking transport robots is the optimal production equipment layout scheme,which can improve the response speed and satisfaction rate of the supply chain production.The research method of this paper has a certain reference significance for the production equipment layout optimization of the flexible supply chain of enterprises and universities.
