生鲜电商物流服务质量评价研究

摘要
近年来,随着网络的普及以及电子商务的发展,生鲜电商行业的规模逐渐扩大,行业间的竞争形势也变得越来越严峻.有报告显示,消费者在进行购买行为的时候更看重生鲜电商平台提供的物流服务,因此,评价生鲜电商平台的物流服务质量是有必要的.文中通过文献阅读法确定生鲜电商物流服务质量的评价指标体系,然后采用问卷调查的方法收集消费者对五个生鲜电商平台物流服务质量的评价,通过熵权TOPSIS法对五个生鲜电商平台的物流服务质量评价进行排序,最后根据排序的结果对生鲜电商平台提出相应的改进意见和措施.
Abstract
In recent years,with the popularity of the Internet and the development of e-commerce,the scale of the fresh e-commerce industry has gradually expanded,and the competition between industries has become increasingly severe.According to the report,consumers pay more attention to the logistics services provided by the fresh e-commerce platform when purchasing.Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate the logistics service quality of fresh e-commerce platform.This paper determines the evaluation index system of the logistics service quality of fresh e-commerce through literature reading method,then uses the method of questionnaire to collect consumers'evaluation of the logistics service quality of five fresh e-commerce platforms,sorts the logistics service quality evaluation of five fresh e-commerce platforms by entropy weight TOPSIS method,and finally puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions and measures for fresh e-commerce platforms according to the sorting results.
