面向家具制造的产业互联网平台运营模式研究

摘要
文中从产业互联网的新角度出发,将普通地方家具制造企业与信息技术相融合,建立面向家具制造的产业互联网平台.通过引入原材料信息共享、制造订单共享、劳动力共享和优化资源供需匹配等功能和模式,打造一个由政府主导,以核心家具制造企业为首建立的,面向家具制造的产业互联网平台运营新模式,实现资源的灵活运用和高效配置,以期为制造业产业互联网平台的发展提供一些借鉴.
Abstract
This paper starts from the new angle of industrial Internet,integrates common local furniture manufacturing enterprises with information technology,and establishes an industrial Internet platform for furniture manufacturing.Through the introduction of raw material information sharing,manufacturing order sharing,labor sharing and optimization of resource supply and demand matching and other functions and modes,this paper creates a new operation model of industrial Internet platform for furniture manufacturing led by the government and constructed by core furniture manufacturing enterprises to realize the flexible use and efficient allocation of resources,so as to provide some references for the development of industrial Internet platform for manu-facturing industry.
