Study on Countermeasures to Promote"Road to Waterway"Cargo Transportation in Zhejiang under the Goal of Double-carbon Strategy
Against the backdrop of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to promote the"road to waterway"in Zhejiang Province by analyzing its current situation of road and waterway transportation,focusing on the outstanding problems faced by"road to waterway"in this province,and drawing on the experiences in the field of transportation restructuring of foreign countries.Countermeasures of"road to waterway"in Zhejiang Province include promoting the navigation of the four major corridors to ensure smoothness,improving the construction of supporting facilities and equipment,strengthening the power of professional market players,optimizing the institutional mechanism of transport organization and perfecting the special support policies,which are aimed at providing a useful experience for the"road to waterway"cargo transportation in Zhejiang Province.
