Research on Influence Evaluation of Express Delivery Enterprises Based on AHP and Cluster Analysis
Withthe rapiddevelopment of e-commerce,express logistics enterprises play an important role in promoting high-quality economic development.The influence of express delivery enterprises is helpful to enhance the market competitiveness of express delivery companies.It has become an important topic for the development of express delivery enterprises to evaluate the influence of express delivery companies correctly and enhance their influence pertinently.This paper analyzes the development status and competition pattern of express logistics enterprises.By collecting the market value,brand value and operating income data of seven express delivery companies,including SF Express,JD,Zhongtong,Yuantong,Shentong,Yunda and Depoon,analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is applied for index weighting,comprehensive influence index of express delivery companies is calculated,and cluster analysis is used to divide them into three types:strong influence,medium influence and general influence.Finally,the evaluation and grading results of the influence of express delivery enterprises are analyzed,and strategic suggestions are provided to enhance the influence of express delivery enterprises and promote the healthy and orderly development of express logistics enterprises.
