选择华贸物流作为研究对象,基于其2018-2022 年年度财务报告,运用哈佛分析框架分别从战略、会计、财务和前景四个方面进行分析.最后提出合理控制企业规模,优化资源配置;提升物流服务品质;注重细分市场物流需求差异化等相关建议.
Abstract
Taking Huamao Logistics as the research object,based on its annual financial report from 2018-2022,the Harvard analytical framework was used to analyze from four aspects of strategy,accounting,finance and prospects.This paper proposes related suggestions of reasonably controlling the scale of enterprises and optimizing resource allocation,improving the quality of logistics services,paying attention to market segments and logistics demand differentiation.
