Analysis of the Financial Status of Cross-border Logistics Enterprises Based on the Harvard Analytical Framework——Take Huamao Logistics as an Example
Taking Huamao Logistics as the research object,based on its annual financial report from 2018-2022,the Harvard analytical framework was used to analyze from four aspects of strategy,accounting,finance and prospects.This paper proposes related suggestions of reasonably controlling the scale of enterprises and optimizing resource allocation,improving the quality of logistics services,paying attention to market segments and logistics demand differentiation.
