The Measurement and Analysis of the Logistics Efficiency of the Core Urban Agglomeration around Hangzhou Bay and Its Influencing Factors
Under the background of globalization,the Hangzhou Bay area is one of the important driving areas for domestic regional economic development.The level of logistics efficiency also affects the speed and quality of local economic development.Based on this,this paper takes the region surrounding Hangzhou Bay as an example,uses the super-efficiency SBM model and Malmquist index model to analyze the logistics efficiency of 7 key cities in the core urban agglomeration around Hangzhou Bay from 2015 to 2021,and adopts the Tobit regression model to study the driving factors of logistics efficiency.The results showed that the development of logistics in the Hangzhou Bay area was unbalanced during the study period;TFP is mainly affected by pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency;Both the level of economic development and the utilization of logistics resources have a significant effect on the improvement of logistics efficiency in Hangzhou Bay area.Finally,according to the regional characteristics and influencing factors,the relevant suggestions of logistics efficiency are given.
