Study on the Location Selection and Influencing Factors of New Logistics Distribution Stations in Second-tier Cities
With the rapid development of new retail on the Internet, traditional logistics distribution systems are gradually being replaced by real-time logistics systems.New logistics distribution stations based on big data and artificial intelligence technology have become a key link in achieving efficient distribution. This study takes new logistics distribution stations as the research object, uses spatial analysis method to explore the evolution law of location distribution of new logistics distribution stations in second-tier cities, and constructs conditional logistic regression model to empirically analyze the influencing factors of location distribution of new logistics distribution stations in second-tier cities. It is concluded that the new logistics distribution stations in second-tier cities at the current stage mainly follow the basic pattern of"point-axis"spatial distribution and"point-axis-surface"spatial distribution. At the same time, new logistics distribution stations in second-tier cities are not sensitive to changes in production costs, and changes in operating costs caused by road network density have a relatively small impact on the modern circulation service industry.
