摘要

在切实提高人才培养质量以深化供需对接的背景下,利用教育数字化的技术赋能搭建平台开展虚拟实践课程能够提升学生的实践能力,落实以需求为导向的育人理念.文中基于《供应链管理》虚拟实践课程改革的必要性,根据国际商学院的认证标准——学习质量保障体系对该课程创新性地建立依托数字化的科学体系以提高教学质量与教学效果,并提出未来提升学生实践能力的多种途径.结合实践探索,以期助力高校加快教学改革,借助数字化技术积极培养与社会需求对接的高质量复合型人才.

Abstract

Under the background of effectively improving the quality of talent training to deepen the connection between supply and demand,the use of digital education technology to enable the construction of a platform to carry out virtual practice courses can improve students'practical ability and implement the demand-oriented education concept.Based on the necessity of the virtual practice course reform of Supply Chain Management,this paper innovatively establishes a scientific system relying on digitalization to improve teaching quality and teaching effect according to the certification standard of international business schools-Assurance of Learning for this course,and proposes multiple ways to improve students'practical ability in the future.Combined with practice and exploration,it is expected to help colleges and universities accelerate teaching reform,and actively cultivate high-quality composite talents that meet social needs with the help of digital technology.
