工匠精神融入高职院校物流管理专业建设的实践研究

摘要
为了进一步提升现代物流管理专业教学的综合质量,文中从工匠精神的融入角度展开分析,围绕着工匠精神的具体内涵,阐述了工匠精神融入的现实困境以及重要性,分析了物流管理专业课程教学过程中,工匠精神的主要体现以及融入策略,强调把握教学的渗透点,进一步营造灵活多样的教学方法,为学生构建多元化的评价以及考评体系,提供具备开放性的对外实践,由此来提升工匠精神的渗透力度,也可以为现代物流管理专业课程创新奠定良好基础.
Abstract
In order to further improve the comprehensive quality of teaching in modern logistics management,this article analyzes the integration of craftsmanship spirit from the perspective of its specific connotation,elaborates on the practical difficulties and importance of integrating craftsmanship spirit,analyzes the main manifestations and integration strategies of craftsmanship spirit in the teaching process of logistics management courses,emphasizes grasping the penetration points of teaching,and further creates flexible and diverse teaching methods,building a diversified evaluation and assessment system for students,providing open external practice,thereby enhancing the penetration of craftsmanship spirit,and laying a solid foundation for the innovation of modern logistics management professional courses.
