摘要

课程是支撑专业人才培养的基本单元,行车组织是轨道交通运营工作的核心.文中围绕教育强国、科技强国、交通强国、人才强国和创新驱动发展等国家重大战略和学科行业发展需求,依据轨道交通规划与管理方向教研体系创建总体思路,从轨道交通行车组织特点、课程定位、课堂理论讲授、实践教学环节等方面,系统总结分析了交通运输类本科课程《轨道交通行车组织》的理论与实践教学体系,以期助力实现交通运输行业教育、科技、人才协同发展.

Abstract

Course is the basic unit supporting the talent cultivation,and train operation organization is the core of train operation.Surrounding the national key strategies,e.g.,powerful country in education,powerful country in technology,powerful country in transportation,powerful country in talent,and innovation-driven development,and the discipline development demands,based on the general framework of teaching and research system for planning and management of railways,this paper analyzes the teaching system of theory and practice for the undergraduate course of Train Operation Organization of transportation major,from the perspectives of characteristic of train operation organization,course location,classroom teaching,and practical training,so as to assist the coordinated development of education,technology,and talent in transportation industry.
