摘要
结合当下区块链、边缘计算等迅猛发展的态势,针对企业数字供应链全过程中的风险进行界定、评价和防范,提高企业应对风险的能力.结合SCOR和BSC-SC,从计划、采购、制造、配送、回收、绩效分析和供应链协作 7 个维度进行指标选取,构建风险行为评价模型,利用AHP和熵权法计算主客观权重并组合赋权,利用专家打分和沃尔评分法进行指标打分,最后以志邦家居数字供应链为案例进行分析.结果显示,志邦家居在计划、制造、回收维度存在较大改进空间,进而提出防范措施,以提高其数字供应链风险识别和风险防范能力.
Abstract
Combined with the rapid development trend of blockchain and edge computing at present,the risks in the whole process of the enterprise's digital supply chain are defined,evaluated and prevented,and the ability of enterprises to cope with risks is improved.This paper combines SCOR and BSC-SC,selects indicators from 7 dimensions of planning,procurement,manufacturing,distribution,recycling,performance analysis and supply chain collaboration,builds a risk behaviour evaluation model,uses AHP and entropy weight method for the calculation of subjective and objective weights and combination weighting,and expert scoring and Wall scoring methods for indicators'scores,and finally analyses the case with ZBOM Home Collection Co.,Ltd.'s digital supply chain.The results show that there is a lot of room for improvement in the planning,manufacturing and recycling dimensions of ZBOM Home Collection Co.,Ltd.,and then preventive measures to improve its digital supply chain risk identification and risk prevention capabilities are put forward.
