基于FAHP和云模型的智能制造企业数字化成熟度评价研究

摘要
文中以智能制造企业的数字化转型为研究对象,从数字化战略、数字化基础技术、数字化业务应用、数字化运营管理、数字化效益五个维度,构建了智能制造企业数字化成熟度评价指标体系,采用模糊层次分析法和云模型的综合评价方法对企业的数字化成熟度进行评价分析,并以D企业为例,运用该成熟度评价模型对其数字化成熟度进行分析,验证了该模型的适用性与可靠性,为智能制造企业的数字化转型评估提供了一种方法依据.
Abstract
The research focuses on the digital transformation of intelligent manufacturing enterprises and establishes a comprehensive evaluation system for the digital maturity of intelligent manufacturing enterprises with five criteria:digital strategy,digital basic technology,digital business application,digital operation management,and digital benefit.The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)combined with cloud model is employed to analyze the digital maturity of the enterprise.Taking Company D as an example,this maturity evaluation model is used to analyze its digital maturity,and the applicability and reliability of this model are verified,which provides a method and basis for the digital transformation evaluation of intelligent manufacturing enterprises.
