Research on the Construction of Salary System for Small and Medium-sized Logistics Enterprises
In order to improve the competitiveness of D Logistics Company,this study takes D Logistics Company as an example to deeply analyze the composition of the current salary system,existing problems,and their impact on the enterprise.By constructing a salary system design model,the company's salary system has been systematically optimized.It has been found that after implementing the new salary system,employee satisfaction and job performance significantly improve,employee turnover rate decreases,and the market competitiveness of enterprises is effectively enhanced.The results indicate that a reasonable salary system design is crucial for improving employee satisfaction,optimizing human resource management,and enhancing enterprise competitiveness.
