Research on Training Applied Talents of Logistics Management Based on Supply-demand Matching
At present,the logistics industry is transforming and upgrading towards digitalization,globalization,diversification and service integration.How to meet the requirements of the new development situation for talents is the challenge facing the training of applied logistics management talents.From the perspective of supply-demand matching,taking Wuhan Polytechnic University as the research object,through analyzing the current situation of applied logistics management talent training in universities and the talent needs of employers,the problems of applied logistics management talent training are deeply discussed,and the corresponding suggestions are put forward.
