摘要
随着经济全球化和中韩跨境电商的迅速发展,市场对跨境电商物流管理韩语复合型人才的需求变得越来越大.应用型高校应该如何以市场需求为导向,进行交叉学科的人才培养成为了一个重要的课题.文中通过对专业课程设置、教材编写、教学方法和实践环节等方面进行分析,制定了一套综合性的人才培养模式,旨在培养适应跨境电商物流行业发展需求的高素质韩语人才.这些策略对于提高跨境电商物流管理韩语复合型人才培养质量具有现实意义,并可为其他语种的物流管理专业人才培养提供借鉴和参考.
Abstract
With the economic globalization and the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce between China and Korea,the market demand for compound Korean language talents of cross-border e-commerce logistics management has become increasingly high.It has become an important topic for applied universities to train cross-disciplinary talents based on market demand.This paper formulates a comprehensive training model to train high-quality Korean language talents to meet the development needs of cross-border e-commerce logistics industry by analyzing professional curriculum design,teaching materials,teaching methods and practice.These strategies are of practical significance to improve the training quality of compound Korean language talents of cross-border e-commerce logistics management,and can provide references for training logistics management professionals in other languages.
