基于"岗课赛"融通的《智慧物流设施与设备应用》课程教学模式研究

摘要
文中依据物流管理专业人才培养方案中确定的岗位方向(仓管员、信息员、设备操作员),对接物流行业企业用人标准与需求,引入全国职业院校技能大赛("智慧物流作业方案设计与实施")、宁夏物流行业赛("运输业务设计与运营""仓储管理作业")相应赛项内容,以"岗课赛"深度融通为原则,对《智慧物流设施与设备应用》课程进行内容重构与教学模式优化,从而实现立足岗位,以教促赛,培养出行业企业真正需要的技能型人才.
Abstract
This article is based on the job direction determined in the training programs of logistics management major(warehouseman,information officer,and equipment operator),connects the employment standards and needs of enterprises in the logistics industry,introduces the National Vocational Students Skills Competition("Intelligent Logistics Operation Plan Design and Implementation")and Ningxia Logistics Industry Competition("Transport Business Design and Operation""Warehousing Management Operations")and other corresponding competition contents,and regards the in-depth integration of"post,course and competition"as the priciple,to reconstruct the content and optimize the teaching mode of the course of Intelligent Logistics Facilities and Equipment Application,so as to be based-on the positions,promote the competition by teaching,and cultivate the skilled talents that enterprises really need.
