Research on Intelligent Unmanned Warehouse Layout Design and AGV Scheduling Optimization Based on Multi-agent Algorithm
Intelligent logistics is one of the major themes of Industry 4.0,while intelligent unmanned warehouse based on AGV system is a possible form of storage intelligentization under the existing technology.Among them,unmanned warehouse layout and AGV scheduling strategy are important factors that affect the maturity of unmanned warehouse technology.Taking into account the characteristic that unmanned warehouse layout and AGV scheduling strategy affect each other,the experiment studied the effect of layout elements such as aisle on the throughput efficiency of unmanned warehouses through the AGV scheduling strategy which is designed by combining the research findings of MAPF problem with ALNS algorithm.The experimental results show that layout with ingenious aisles is beneficial to improve the operational efficiency of AGV in unmanned warehouse.
