Research on the Shortest Path Algorithm for Cold Chain Delivery of Fresh Meat Products
In recent years,big data cloud computing technology and artificial intelligence algorithms have been introduced into the management of fresh cold chain logistics distribution.Ant Colony Optimization(ACO)and Whale Optimization Algorithm(WOA)can be used to comprehensively analyze the optimal distribution plan of cold chain logistics with fuzzy working time windows for multi-point delivery,targeting the refrigeration cost,transportation cost,and time window penalty cost of cold chain logistics.To ensure the optimization of low-carbon preservation benefits and transportation cost-effectiveness in the cold chain distribution of fresh meat products,methods such as population initialization,transition state rules,pheromone adjustment factor PAF,and pheromone update strategy are introduced to improve the traditional ant colony algorithm.Particle swarm optimization,iterative task allocation,and iterative result optimization analysis of the cold chain distribution route of fresh meat products are carried out to obtain the shortest path more suitable for cold chain distribution of fresh meat enterprises.The simulation experiment results show that the cold chain distribution path optimization based on improved ant colony algorithm is more optimal,has lower preservation and transportation costs compared to other algorithms such as Ant Colony Optimization algorithm,and can generate better economic benefits of cold chain logistics distribution.
