Evaluation Research on Supply Chain Inventory Management Efficiency Based on Fairness Concerns
Inventory coordination is a crucial component of supply chain management, helping to enhance the resilience and efficiency of the supply chain. To address issues such as inventory backlog and supply chain disruptions, through improving the link control DEA method, incorporating Context-dependent in it and introducing fairness concerns based on maximizing the interests of all parties, this study constructs an improved three-stage DEA model for three-way benefit coordination mechanism. The research results show that after improving the DEA model, the overall efficiency has significantly increased, and the gaps between decision-making units(DMUs)have also decreased.Furthermore, with the addition of fairness concern utility, the ranking is more accurate, avoiding situations where multiple DMUs have equal efficiency.Effective adjustment measures have been successfully identified for supply chains with significant differences in intermediate inventory.
