Supply Chain Risk Management of China's New Energy Vehicles under Globalization
China's new energy vehicle enterprises are facing opportunities in overseas markets,while also paying attention to the turbulent international situation and strengthening the stability and security level of their supply chains.To explore how to effectively ensure the stability of the supply chain,this article analyzes the challenges faced by Chinese new energy vehicle companies in the current international situation,and takes Company B,which is a new energy vehicle enterprise with notable successes in supply chain managenaent,as an example to analyze its supply chain management strategies.The research results indicate that Company B ensures the stability of supply chain through core technology innovation,collaborative cooperation,financial model innovation,intelligent transformation,and other strategies.The research conclusion of this article can provide practical inspiration for supply chain management for Chinese new energy vehicle companies,and provide decision-making references for government departments to formulate relevant policies to enhance the resilience of the industrial chain.
