In order to optimize logistics distribution route and improve customer satisfaction,a bi-objective vehicle routing optimization model aiming at maximum customer satisfaction and minimum logistics distribution cost was established by comprehensively considering customers'demand for delivery time, enterprises'control over distribution costs and environmental constraints on carbon emissions.Taking a logistics company in East China as an example,NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm is used to solve the model problem, and the optimal solution is selected according to the analytic hierarchy process to test the feasibility and rationality of the modeling and algorithm.
