摘要
在我国"十四五"规划提出加快数字化转型的背景下,培养拥有数字化能力的物流人才成为重中之重.结合数字化时代下对物流人才的要求,立足产业驱动,从制定物流人才培养方案、创新课堂教学设计、丰富实践教学场景、改革课程评价方式和开发数字化教学资源5 个维度,探索物流数字化人才培养路径,为培养高素质物流人才提供思路.
Abstract
Under the background of China's"14th Five-Year Plan"proposing to accelerate digital transformation,the training of logistics talents with digital capabilities has become a top priority.Based on the requirements for logistics talents in the digital era and driven by the industry,this paper explores the path of training digital logistics talents from five aspects of formulating logistics talent training program,innovating classroom teaching design,enriching practical teaching scenarios,reforming course evaluation methods and developing digital teaching resources,so as to provide ideas for training high-quality logistics talents.
