Identification and Analysis of Key Influence Factors of Emergency Logistics Supplier Evaluation
The scientific selection and evaluation of emergency logistics suppliers is an important part of ensuring the smooth progress of emergency logistics.In order to realize the evaluation of emergency logistics suppliers,the evaluation index system of emergency logistics suppliers is established through literature review and induction,and the set of factors affecting the evaluation and selection of emergency logistics suppliers is determined.Then,considering the psychological factors of the experts of the emergency logistics supplier evaluation team,combined with the prospect theory,the hierarchical DEMATEL method is introduced to build the new identification model of the key influence factors of emergency logistics suppliers.Finally,through the decision-making steps,the center degree and reason degree of the influence factors are analyzed,and five key factors are identified,which are rapid production capacity,quality assurance ability,emergency material cost,service ability and emergency management ability.
