乡村振兴视域下清远市现代化物流体系建设策略研究

基于广东省"双十"产业集群定位和清远市产业规划与布局,对清远市农业产业建设展开分析与研究,聚焦清远五大百亿农业产业,探讨其现存问题及真实物流服务需求。根据清远市区位优势、资源优势,提出通过加大物流业建设投入力度,推动两业互促双强;加强物流基础设施建设,重点完善冷链运输网络;加强"农业+物流"交叉学科人才培养与高层次人才引进;"线上+线下"全渠道分销,内外循环"两手抓"等举措建设现代化物流体系的思路与建议,提升当地物流业发展水平,强化物流集聚水平,有效承接清远市农业产业的物流需求,实现产业间协同发展,推动当地产业转型升级,为助推清远市产业振兴、乡村振兴提供参考。
Research on the Construction Strategy of Modern Logistics System in Qingyuan City from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization
Based on the"Double Ten"industrial cluster positioning in Guangdong Province and the industrial planning and layout of Qingyuan city,this paper analyzes and studies the construction of the agricultural industry in Qingyuan city,and focusing on the five agricultural industries worth tens of billions of yuan in Qingyuan,explores the existing problems and real logistics service demands.According to the advantages of location and resources of Qingyuan city,it is proposed to increase the investment in the construction of logistics industry to promote mutual development of the two industries;strengthen the construction of logistics infrastructure and focus on improving the cold chain transport network;strengthen"agriculture+logistics"interdisciplinary talent educating and high-level talent introduction;adopt"online+offline"omni-channel distribution and grasp internal and external circulation to build modem logistics system.By improving the development level of local logistics industry and strengthening the level of logistics agglomeration,Qingyuan could effectively undertake the logistics needs of agricultural industry,realize the coordinated development of industries,promote he transformation and upgrading of local industries,and provide references for promoting the industrial revitalization and rural revitalization.
