基于改进SLP与FlexSim的物流配送中心布局优化研究

针对现有物流配送中心布局优化问题,从宏观布局优化和微观作业流程分析角度出发,提出了一种基于改进SLP与FlexSim软件仿真相结合的方法。以某企业物流配送中心为例,针对其存在的物流动线迂回与交叉问题,在传统SLP方法的基础上引入动线分析,对功能区布局进行整体改进。在此基础上,为进一步改善物流瓶颈环节和资源浪费现象,采用FlexSim软件对其作业流程进行仿真优化。结果表明:优化后的物流动线更加合理,且与作业流程更加协调,系统的订单处理效率比原来提高28。18%,物流瓶颈问题得到解决,企业人力以及资源方面的浪费得以改善,验证了研究方法的有效性。
Research on Optimization of Logistics Distribution Center Layout Based on Improved SLP and FlexSim
A method based on improved SLP and FlexSim software simulation is proposed from the perspective of macro layout planning and micro operation flow analysis to optimize the layout of the existing logistics distribution center.Taking the logistics distribution center of a certain enterprise as an example,in response to the problem of circulation and crossing of logistics flow lines,the flow line analysis was introduced on the basis of the traditional SLP method to improve the overall layout of functional areas.On this basis,in order to further improve the logistics bottleneck and resource waste,FlexSim software was used to simulate and optimize the operation process.The results show that the optimized logistics flow line is more reasonable and coordinated with the operation process,the order processing efficiency of the system is increased by 28.18%,the logistics bottleneck is solved,and the waste of enterprise manpower and resources is improved,which verifies the effectiveness of the research method.
