Optimization Design of A Pharmaceutical Chain Logistics Distribution Center in Qinghai Province
By studying the internal warehousing and personnel work processes of A Pharmaceutical Chain Logistics Distribution Center in Qinghai Province,this article aims to find the path optimization process for the distribution center,so as to improve work efficiency.It analyzes the inbound and outbound operations and employee work status of A Pharmaceutical Chain Logistics Distribution Center,and evaluates the current status of A Pharmaceutical Company in Qinghai Province.Based on this,the operational issues of the logistics distribution center are analyzed,then optimization solutions are proposed,and the best solution is obtainted ultimately.Meanwhile,the implementation effect of the solution is evaluated,and the existing problems and prospects are pointed out.The research results have important reference value for the future development of pharmaceutical logistics distribution center in Qinghai Province.
