供应链视角下物流企业的资源整合与优化策略

摘要
全球经济一体化背景下,供应链管理已演变为企业提升核心竞争力、实现可持续发展的关键途径.物流企业作为连接供应链各环节的重要纽带,面临着资源分散、效率低下、成本较高等诸多挑战.对物流企业的资源整合与优化不仅关系到物流服务的效率与质量,而且与企业整体经济效益、市场竞争力密切相关.文中研究分析了当前物流企业管理中存在的问题,基于供应链视角介绍了企业物流管理特点,并结合案例提出了物流企业资源整合与优化策略,以期为物流企业发展提供参考.
Abstract
Under the background of global economic integration,supply chain management has evolved into a key way for enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness and achieve sustainable development.As an important link of the supply chain,logistics enterprises are facing many challenges such as scattered resources,low efficiency and high cost.The resource integration and optimization of logistics enterprises is not only related to the efficiency and quality of logistics services,but also closely related to the overall economic benefits and market competitiveness.Based on the supply chain perspective,this paper introduces the characteristics of logistics management,and puts forward the resource integration and optimization strategies for logistics enterprises,so as to provide a reference for the development of logistics enterprises.
