摘要
农村物流是促进乡村产业兴旺的基石,是实现乡村振兴的关键环节.在乡村振兴的战略背景下发展农村寄递物流,难以脱离社会组织助力.社会组织介入农村寄递物流体系建设蕴含技术、主体、制度三重逻辑,但仍面临物流专业人才不充足、联结利益导向不明确、物流基础设施不完备及物流网络体系不健全的困境.基于纾解困境逻辑,文中提出了加强人才培育、明确共益联结、拓展物资网络、推动技术优化的对应路径,以期激发社会组织在农村寄递物流体系建设中的强大势能,助力乡村振兴.
Abstract
Rural logistics is the cornerstone of promoting rural industrial prosperity and a key link in realizing rural revitalization.In the strategic context of rural revitalization development of rural delivery logistics,it is difficult to detach from the help of social organizations.Social organizations involved in the construction of rural delivery logistics system contains triple logic of technology,subject,and institution,but still faces the dilemma of insufficient logistics professionals,unclear linkage benefit orientation,incomplete logistics infrastructure and unsound logistics network system.Based on the logic of alleviating the dilemma,this paper puts forward the corresponding paths of strengthening the cultivation of talents,clarifying the co-benefit linkage,expanding the material network,and promoting the optimization of technology,with a view to stimulating the powerful potential of social organizations in the construction of rural delivery logistics system and assisting with rural revitalization.
