Research on the Innovative Talent Training Mode of International Logistics Serving the Belt and Road Policy Initiative
With the momentum generated by the Belt and Road Initiative,China's cross-border logistics industry has made a breakthrough.Nevertheless,the scarcity of innovative international logistics talents has become increasingly evident.Given this backdrop,universities in Hunan Province urgently need to cultivate a cadre of innovative talents in international logistics to deepen the province's engagement with the Belt and Road Initiative.This article summarizes the current status and common issues in nurturing such talents.Based on that,suggestions are put forward around three aspects for training innovative talents of international logistics,encompassing"the establishment of talent training system,the optimization of theoretical and practical course offerings,and the construction of a dual-qualified teaching team",which provide fresh perspectives on the training modes for relevant talents.
