基于多资源融合的《仓储与配送管理》教学改革探索

摘要
文中基于智慧物流背景的仓储和配送系统变革,首先分析了仓储与配送人才需求的变化态势;然后,结合高校《仓储与配送管理》课程教学在教学内容、师资、实践教学和创新能力培养方面的局限性,提出了基于多方资源融合的教学改革策略,包括利用网络资源丰富教学内容、构建多样化的校企合作方式、用好学科竞赛资源助力能力提升;最后,探讨了在教师、产学研基地(或企业导师)和学生多方参与下的混合式教学组织.
Abstract
Based on the transformation of warehousing and distribution systems in the context of smart logistics,the changing trend of the demand for warehousing and distribution talents is analyzed.Combined with the limitations of teaching content,teachers,practices teaching and innovation ability cultivation of the course of Warehousing and Distribution Management in colleges and universities,teaching reform strategies based on the integration of multi-dimensional resources are proposed,including the combination of open resources to enrich the content of teaching,the construction of diversified,school-enterprise cooperation methods,and the use of subject competition resources to help improve the ability.Finally,a blended instructional organization is explored with the involvement of teachers,industry-academia sites(or business mentors),and students.
