摘要
当前交通运输专业工匠精神培育存在发展速度滞后、普适路径受限和教学导向不合理等现实问题,传统培养方式难以满足新时代对专业人才的技能培训需求.工匠精神响应了新时代社会发展的现实需求,文中从匠心、匠行和匠德方面切入,梳理工匠精神内涵,探索应用型本科院校交通运输专业工匠精神的培育路径,提出重点聚焦培养模式改革、师资力量建设、校园文化营造和学生成绩考评的思路.同时,院校要加强与政府、企业的协作,形成多方合力,共同培育工匠精神.
Abstract
The cultivation of craftsman spirit in the transportation major faces practical problems such as slow development,limited universal paths,and unreasonable teaching guidance,and traditional training methods are unable to meet the skill training needs of professional talents in the new era.The spirit of craftsman responds to the practical demands of social development in the new era,so this paper starts from the aspects of ingenuity,behavior,and virtues,and sorts out the connotation of craftsman spirit,to explore the cultivation path of craftsman spirit in transportation major in application-oriented universities,thus proposing the thoughts of focusing on reform of training models,construction of teaching staff,creation of campus culture,and evaluation of student performance.At the same time,universities should strengthen the cooperation with the government and enterprises to form a multi-party joint force,and jointly cultivate the craftsman spirit.
