The Research and Practice of the Integration of Professional Skills and Professional Qualities in the Course of Distribution Management Practice
With the upgrading of industry,the talent training objectives of vocational education are constantly updated.At present,vocational education focuses on serving the all-round development of people,and cultivating professional quality is crucial to the lifelong development of individuals.This paper analyzes the necessity and existing problems of integrating professional skills with professional quality in the logistics curriculum of higher vocational colleges,and takes the course reform of Distribution Management Practice as an example,guided by the teaching concept of OBE,to design the integration of the two into a system and carry out practice by using the former vocational core literacy model of higher vocational students.These experiences can be used for reference for the reform of logistics and other professional courses in higher vocational colleges,which can promote the development of students'professional quality,adapt to the market demand,and enhance the employment'competitiveness and career development potential.
