Study on the Current Situation and Countermeasures for the Development of Cold Chain Logistics of Livestock Food in Gansu Province
With the development of economy and the improvement of living standard,people's demand for meat is increasing,and cold chain transportation can guarantee the quality of meat. Therefore,the development of cold chain transportation can not only reduce the loss of livestock food in transportation,but also create jobs and broaden income channels. Based on the current situation and advantages of the development of cold chain transportation of livestock food in Gansu Province,this paper analyzes the problems of cold chain transportation,which are imperfect infrastructure construction,lack of stability,low level of development of informationization and digitalization,lack of relevant professionals,and incomplete whole process visualization and traceability system. Based on this,it is suggested to increase investment,improve infrastructure construction,pay attention to weak links,create a whole network chain of cold chain logistics,follow the market demand,promote the innovation and application of technology and equipment,strengthen the main convergence,jointly cultivate professionals,and build a complete traceability system.
