With the development of economic integration,global trade activities have become increasingly frequent,and the scale of cross-border e-commerce industry is also constantly expanding. In the context of carbon reduction and emission reduction,developing a green supply chain is an important way for the cross-border e-commerce industry to achieve transformation. This article analyzes the current development status of cross-border e-commerce supply chain from three perspectives:information management,capital operation mode,and logistics management,which summarizes the existing problems in the development of green supply chain and finds that the main bottlenecks in the development of green supply chain are information asymmetry,high operating costs,outdated green logistics technology,and immature green production management system. Aiming at these problems,specific development strategies are put forward,providing effective references for the development of green supply chains in cross-border e-commerce.
