In this study,the factor cluster analysis method was used to comprehensively evaluate the emergency logistics capacity in the Yangtze River Delta region. Through the indepth study of the emergency logistics system in the Yangtze River Delta region,this paper aims to accurately evaluate the emergency logistics capacity of the region and provide decision support for improving the efficiency of emergency logistics in the Yangtze River Delta. Firstly,the key factors affecting the emergency logistics capability were identified,including the economic environment of emergency logistics,the level of emergency management,the level of information development and so on. Subsequently,based on these factors,an evaluation index system of emergency logistics capacity was constructed,and the factor cluster analysis method was used to analyze the emergency logistics capacity of each city or region in the Yangtze River Delta region.
