Optimization of Green Delivery Path for Fresh Agricultural Products Based on Improved Genetic Algorithm
2023 Central Document No.1 clearly puts forward to"grasp the food and important agricultural products to stabilize and maintain supply"and"improve the backbone network of agricultural products circulation". This initiative has greatly promoted the development of agricultural product logistics, but the perishable characteristics of agricultural products make them more costly and energy-consuming than ordinary logistics, which is not conducive to the realization of the goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality. Therefore,in order to effectively balance the economic and environmental benefits of agricultural products logistics, this paper takes the distribution link with the largest energy consumption in agricultural products logistics as the focus point, and firstly constructs a delivery path optimization model considering the gas emission, and secondly,in order to solve the optimal solution of the model,on the basis of the traditional genetic algorithm,it applies the accurate fitness function and the monarch strategy, and at the same time, introduces the destruction, repair and 2-opt operators to improve the local search ability of the algorithm,an improved genetic algorithm is designed. Finally,a comparative analysis of the fresh agricultural distribution scheme before and after the improvement is carried out through the Solomon R101 algorithm, and the results show that the delivery scheme obtained by the improved genetic algorithm optimizes the cost by 42.35% and reduces the gas emission by 47.06%,which can help fresh products logistics and distribution enterprises to achieve economic benefits while realize the green transformation.
