With the rapid development of information technology and the continuous deepening of global trade,the logistics industry is undergoing an unprecedented transformation. The proposal of the"Internet+"strategy has brought new opportunities for transformation and upgrading to the railway freight industry. This paper takes the railway freight of Lanzhou Bureau as the research object,and analyzes how railway freight can enhance market competitiveness through reform strategies,resource integration,and service innovation in the"Internet+"environment. The research results aim to provide practical guidance for the transformation of Lanzhou Bureau's railway freight,and to provide references for the overall development and policy formulation of the railway freight industry,in order to promote the balanced development of regional economy.
