Evaluation and Analysis of Green Supply Chain Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process——A Case Study of Company A
In recent years,the country has emphasized that"green mountains and clear waters are like mountains of gold and silver",and it is necessary to promote the high-quality development of the green industry,and gradually make"green"become the focus of attention for the whole society and the automotive manufacturing industry. However,many automobile manufacturing enterprises in our country face numberous issues,such as a lack of awareness of environmental protection,full utilization of raw materials,and serious pollution caused by product transportation in various aspects of the supply chain,which exacerbate environmental pollution problems,especially in the manufacturing process of heavy-duty truck manufacturing enterprises. In this situation,as the development trend of future enterprise supply chain management,green supply chain is of great significance to the development of enterprises and even the society. This article conducts on-site research and combines the current production situation and supply chain model of Company A to identify problems in the supply chain process,and further conducts in-depth research and analysis. Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process and scoring by experts,evaluate the urgent improvement parts in the current supply chain process of Company A and rank them. Systematic and focused improvements are conducted based on the sorting of various parts,which have significant implications for promoting the green supply chain improvement of enterprises and the green improvement of the supply chain in the automotive manufacturing industry.
