Research on the Training Mode of Economic and Management Talents under the Perspective of Industry-education Integration
The cultivation of economic and management talents has always been the focus of various universities and enterprises,but there are some problems in the traditional teaching mode such as the disconnection between theoretical knowledge and practical experience,and the mismatch between talent training and the needs of enterprises. The integration mode of industry and education is put forward to solve these problems,which can enable students to better adapt to the needs of society and improve their employment competitiveness. Therefore,the focus of the reform and development of economic and management talent training is transferring,from the cultivation of skills to the integration of industry and education. Deepening the integration of industry and education can not only cultivate high-quality talents who meet the needs of new quality productive forces,but also promote the vocational education and the comprehensive training of economic and management talents in applied undergraduate schools. This paper studies the connotation of the industry-education integration mode,the current situation of the economic and management talent training,the application,practice cases analysis,and key success factors of the industry-education integration mode in the economic and management talent training,and other aspects,which aims to explore the promoting effect of industry-education integration mode on the training of economic and management talents,so as to provide a reference for improving the quality of talent training and meeting the needs of the society.
