课堂教学作为思政教育的主渠道,承担着培养什么样的人、如何培养人以及为谁培养人的重要任务。文中介绍了《运输管理实务》课程"思政线+专业线"的思政模式,以运输调度员等岗位应具备的三种精神和三种意识构建起"诚信服务"这一思政主线,将爱岗敬业、严谨细致、诚实守信、真诚服务等思政元素通过情境、资源和活动巧妙地融入到各学习任务中,实现思政育人与专业引领同向同行,促进学生全面成长,对其它课程思政建设具有一定的借鉴意义。
Reforming and Implementing Ideological and Political Education in Professional Courses——A Case Study of "Transport Management Practices"
As the main channel of ideological and political education,classroom teaching undertakes the important task of what kind of people to train,how to train people and for whom to train people. This paper introduces the ideological and political mode of"ideological and political line+professional line"of the course of Transport Management Practices,which constructs the ideological and political main line of"honest service"based on the three spirits and three consciousness required by the post of transport dispatcher. The ideological and political elements such as love and dedication,preciseness and meticulousness,honesty and trustworthiness,and sincere service are cleverly integrated into each learning task through situations,resources and activities,so as to realize ideological and political education and professional guidance in the same direction,promote students'all-round growth,and have certain reference significance for the ideological and political construction of other courses.
