随着工业5。0框架下物联网、智能系统和人工智能等技术的突破性发展,物流理念与模式正在悄然发生转变,逐步向数字化、智能化、低碳化和融合化的产业方向转型。为满足工业5。0中对物流技术持续创新的需求,并培养适应未来智慧物流的高素质物流人才,物流管理专业教育需不断进行适应性改革与调整。文中首先分析了工业5。0对现代物流使能技术及物流管理教育的影响,随后通过对比国内外物流管理教育的现状,提出基于智能化、人性化和可持续发展的物流管理教育发展方向,以此为推动物流使能技术与物流管理教育的深度融合,培养具备创新能力和跨学科素养的物流人才奠定基础。
Exploration of the Current Status and Development Directions of Logistics Management Education in Universities from the Perspective of Industry 5.0
With the groundbreaking advancements in technologies such as the Internet of Things,intelligent systems,and artificial intelligence under the framework of Industry 5.0,there is a subtle yet transformative shift occurring in logistics concepts and modes,progressively evolving towards a more digital,intelligent,low-carbon,and integrated industrial direction. To meet the continuous innovation demands of logistics technologies within Industry 5.0 and cultivate high-quality logistics professionals suited for future intelligent logistics,logistics management education must undergo ongoing adaptive reforms and adjustments. This paper initially analyzes the impact of Industry 5.0 on modern logistics enabling technologies and logistics management education. Subsequently,by comparing the current state of logistics management education domestically and internationally,it proposes a development trajectory for logistics management education grounded in intelligence,humanization,and sustainability. This approach aims to establish a foundation for promoting the deep integration of logistics enabling technologies with logistics management education,and nurturing logistics talent equipped with innovative capabilities and interdisciplinary competencies.
