Through constructing a service quality index system which is suitable for upward movement of agricultural products and downward movement of daily goods in Guizhou province,using the empirical analysis method,and combining analytical hierarchy process( AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation( FCE) method,this paper builds a rural logistics express service quality evaluation model in the process of upward movement of agricultural products and downward movement of daily goods in Guizhou province,and verifies the validity and feasibility of the model through field research.
