This study aims to explore the status quo and enhancement strategy of cold chain logistics based on public management. By analyzing the current situation of cold chain logistics industry and combining the theory and practice of public management,it puts forward a series of feasible strategies and suggestions. The study finds that cold chain logistics is developing rapidly in China,but there are still problems such as imperfect infrastructure,poor industrial chain and insufficient policy support. For these reasons,this study proposes strategies to promote infrastructure construction,coordinate the whole industry and strengthen policy support,aiming to promote the healthy development of the cold chain logistics industry.
