摘要
农村物流是连接城乡生产消费的纽带,对促进国内循环及乡村振兴具有重要意义.但在实际操作层面,尤其是在农村物流发展过程中,仍面临着诸多挑战与难题.因此,文中深入探讨了农村物流发展的多重意义,剖析当前农村物流面临的基础设施薄弱、服务体系不完善、技术应用滞后、市场需求与供给不匹配以及政策执行与监管不力等核心问题,并建议从加强农村基础设施建设、完善物流服务体系、推动物流技术应用、优化物流供需失衡、加强对农村物流的政策执行与监管等策略入手来优化农村物流运作,从而提高农民生活水平与收入,加速乡村振兴进程.
Abstract
Rural logistics is a link between urban and rural,and production and consumption,and is of great significance in promoting domestic circulation and rural revitalization. However,in practical operation,especially in the process of rural logistics development,there are still many challenges and difficulties. Therefore,this article deeply explores the multiple meanings of rural logistics development,analyzes the core problems faced by current rural logistics,such as weak rural logistics infrastructure,imperfect service system,lagging technology application,mismatch between market demand and supply,and ineffective policy implementation and supervision,and suggests to optimize rural logistics operation starting from strengthening rural infrastructure construction,improving logistics service system,promoting logistics technology application,optimizing logistics supply-demand imbalance,and strengthening policy implementation and supervision of rural logistics,so as to improve farmers' living standards and income,and accelerate the process of rural revitalization.
