The legal guarantee of rural logistics is also particularly important,but in the process of realizing the"last mile" of rural logistics,there are still problems such as lagging legal guarantee and absence of legal governance. Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen legal guarantee to promote the healthy development of rural logistics to help rural revitalization.
